Milage Policy

This policy outlines the guidelines for mileage coverage and additional mileage charges for TNO VISUALS clients.
Scope: This policy applies to all clients of TNO VISUALS who engage our services for videography and related activities.
Terms and Conditions:​

Included Mileage: Each service package includes up to 25 miles of travel at no additional cost. This mileage is calculated based on a round-trip from our office to the service location and back.

Additional Mileage Charges:

Any travel exceeding the included 25 miles will incur additional charges.

The rate for additional mileage will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.

Payment Terms:

Additional mileage charges will be calculated and added to the final invoice after the deposit is received.

Clients will be informed of the total mileage and corresponding charges before the final invoice is issued.

Mileage Calculation:

Mileage is calculated on a round-trip basis, from our office to the client's location and back.

Accurate mileage tracking will be maintained to ensure transparency and fairness in billing.

Deposit Requirements:

A deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking.

The final invoice, including any additional mileage charges, will be adjusted based on the actual miles traveled and will be due as per the agreed payment terms.

TNO VISUALS Non-Refundable Service Deposit Policy
At TNO VISUALS, we strive to deliver exceptional visual services to our clients. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit confirms your commitment and covers the administrative costs associated with your booking.
Terms and Conditions:

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required for all service bookings. The deposit amount varies based on the service and will be specified at the time of booking. This amount will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Payment: The deposit can be paid via credit card.

Non-Refundable Clause: Once the deposit is made, it is non-refundable. However, refunds may be granted under certain circumstances, as outlined below.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations and Rescheduling with 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur additional charges, but the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations and Rescheduling within 48 Hours: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit for rebooking.

Refunds Under Certain Circumstances: Refunds of the deposit may be considered under the following circumstances:

Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, a refund may be granted upon submission of appropriate documentation.

Unforeseen Events: If unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, family emergencies) prevent you from attending the scheduled service, a refund may be granted at the discretion of TNO VISUALS management.

Service Cancellations by
TNO VISUALS: If TNO VISUALS must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your booking.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted us within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a new deposit to reschedule.
